WHY SOUND BATHS?

Sound baths are effective because they leverage the power of sound and vibration to induce relaxation and well-being. The resonant sounds, often from instruments like singing bowls or gongs, can activate the parasympathetic nervous system, leading to a decrease in stress hormones and an increase in relaxation responses. Additionally, sound baths can influence brainwave activity, potentially shifting the brain into a state of greater mindfulness and deeper relaxation.

Sound healing has been used for thousands of years and can ease ailments such as stress, anxiety, depression, normalize sleep patterns, lower blood pressure and more.
